The 5 Best Facility Pro Days to Attend

Making it to Major League Baseball (MLB) is one of the most difficult achievements in sports. The vast majority of players will never reach that professional level. 0.5% of high school senior baseball players are drafted, 10.5% of NCAA senior players get drafted, and only about 17.6% of players who are drafted actually make it to the MLB.

While the path to pro baseball is competitive, there are ways players can increase their exposure to college recruiters, professional scouts, and MLB organizations. One of the most effective opportunities is attending Facility Pro Days. Facility Pro Days are special showcase events for players to participate in physical testing and skill evaluation in front of scouts and recruiters. Here's a look at five of the top baseball facility pro days across the country that players should consider attending.

Baseball Factory National Showcases

The first pro day on our list is Baseball Factory National Showcases. These events take place across the United States at facilities that are used by MLB teams during Spring Training and are designed for high school athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to elite prospects. Participants will receive intensive training from elite coaching staff, competitive gameplay experience,  mental performance training, nutrition education, a biomechanical assessment, and opportunities to connect with college recruiters.

One upcoming Baseball Factory event is the BF National Holiday Classic, in Bradenton, FL, from Dec. 27-30. This showcase is open to both middle school and high school players. The training will be focused on hitting, pitching, baserunning, and defense. Athletes who attend will also receive social media exposure and post-showcase updates that are sent to college recruiters, increasing their visibility throughout the recruiting process.

Perfect Game National & Elite Showcases

Next up on our list is Perfect Game National and Elite Showcases. These events take place nationwide at premier facilities, like LakePoint Sports in Georgia and JetBlue Park in Florida. Perfect Game showcases are designed for high school players looking to earn collegiate scholarships and advance their baseball careers. Events typically include position-specific workouts, batting practice, athletic testing, and live game action, allowing players to showcase their skills in front of recruiters and scouts.

Perfect Game has numerous showcases throughout the year across the nation. Many events are organized by graduation year, with some open to all high school players and others limited to specific classes or age groups. From July 1-5, the PG National Showcase will take place in Miami, Florida, and is open exclusively to rising high school seniors. On July 16, the 2026 WWBA Workout Showcase will be held in Marietta, Georgia, and is open to players of the graduating classes of 2026 through 2032. Perfect Game showcases provide valuable exposure for athletes pursuing collegiate and professional baseball opportunities.

Prep Baseball Report Pro Days

Prep Baseball Report Pro Days are ideal for players looking to be recruited at the collegiate level. Prep Baseball hosts events nationwide at premier high school facilities, college ballparks, and professional venues such as Prasco Park. These events are designed to maximize exposure by combining on-field performance with data collection.

Prep Baseball focuses on helping athletes gain college exposure through technology-driven showcases that measure advanced metrics and create detailed player profiles for college recruiters. Performance data, video, and evaluations are uploaded to each athlete’s profile, making it easier for college programs to evaluate prospects.

On July 7, in Orlando, Florida, Prep Baseball Report will host the Orlando Summer ID Camp. This event is open to prospects in the classes of 2027-2032. Players who attend will receive a Prep Baseball player profile, performance data, scouting evaluations, and access to a personalized dashboard. With its combination of analytics, exposure, and nationwide events, Prep Baseball simplifies the recruiting process for both athletes and college programs.

East Coast Pro

East Coast Pro is the only invite-only showcase we are featuring on this list. This event is hosted at minor league baseball stadiums up and down the East Coast for select high school prospects. While the showcase is highly exclusive, earning an invite means competing in front of dozens of MLB scouts. East Coast Pro is widely regarded as one of the premier amateur events in baseball, bringing together some of the most talented rising high school seniors in the Eastern half of the country. Players are selected exclusively by MLB scouts, making an invitation itself a significant accomplishment.

The next East Coast Pro event will take place July 29-August 3 at the Hoover Met Complex in Hoover, Alabama. This showcase mirrors a professional environment, with all 30 MLB organizations represented. Players compete on a minor league field, use minor league clubhouses, and hit with wooden bats, which is essential when transitioning to professional baseball.  East Coast Pro represents an opportunity for amateurs to compete at the closest level to professional baseball while gaining exposure to every MLB organization.

Atlantic League Pro Days

Last on our list, we have Atlantic League Pro Days. These events are hosted at professional venues and are open to professional players, including those who went un-drafted or were recently released from Major League or Minor League organizations. These are the only pro days featured on this list where prospects have the opportunity to earn active roster spots. As an MLB Partner League event, scouts from all MLB clubs and international teams are in attendance, and players undergo pro-level evaluations and testing.

The Atlantic League Pro Days for 2026 took place in late March through early April. The mission of the Atlantic League is to provide players with a second opportunity to reach the MLB. At these pro days, players participate in infield and outfield drills, the 60-yard dash, batting practice, and game-simulated scenarios. The Atlantic League Pro Days offer a valuable opportunity for professional players seeking another chance to compete internationally or earn a spot on an MLB roster.

While each of these facility pro days offers a different level of exposure, they all give baseball players a pathway to advance their careers. From national showcases designed for high school prospects, to invite-only events, to professional-level opportunities in the Atlantic League, these experiences represent key components in the journey toward professional baseball. For players serious about taking the next step, choosing the right showcase can make a significant difference in visibility, development, and opportunity.
